Personally, the program has benefitted me in understanding my team members better, improved my listening skills and made me more empathetic. It all resulted in better team bonding. Today, my team fearlessly comes forward and shares their ideas, suggestions etc. I am now able to handle situations effectively arriving at a win-win scenario.

BirlaNu's 'Xcelerate Education Policy' has been instrumental in supporting my professional development by providing essential financial assistance to participate in Accelerated General Management Program (AGMP) at IIM Ahmedabad last year. I have recently completed the program successfully in Oct’24 and it was indeed a transformative experience. The program’s comprehensive curriculum, combined with real-world case studies offered deep insights into modern management practices and various aspects of business. Learning from world-class faculty and connecting with peers from diverse industries has equipped me with the tools to make informed decisions in my career.
